Stuart A. Velick, 78, of Boulder, Colorado passed away November 22, 2017.

Dr. Melvin Gelfarb, father of Rabbi Ruth Gelfarb, passed away on August 30, 2017 at age 90 in Great Neck, NY.

Tom Ellis, father of Steve Ellis, and Manny Talkovsky, step-father of Steve Ellis, both passed away in the last 10 days. There will be a shiva and minyan on Sunday, August 27.

Thelma Levine, mother of Barbra Cohn, passed away on Wednesday, July 26th 2017 in Florida.

Helene Kornfeld, mother of Gary Kornfeld, passed away on Monday, July 17th 2017 in Scranton, PA.

Charles Edelstein, father of Shari Edelstein, died at his home in Miami on Tuesday, July 11, 2017. There will be one night of shiva in Louisville this week.

David Levin passed away at his home in Boulder, CO Saturday at the age of 68 from pancreatic cancer. A memorial will be held this Thursday at the Boulder JCC.

Shimon Malin, father of Yonatan Malin, died peacefully on Friday afternoon, March 17, 2017.

Robert E. "Bob" Loup, patriarch of the Denver Jewish community, passed away on Friday, March 17th, 2017. May his memory be for a blessing.

Shmuel "Shmulik" Rifman, Mayor of the Ramat HaNegev Regional Council in Israel, passed away today, January 30th, after a long and hard fought illness.

Ariella Hartshorn, who had been a member of Bonai Shalom, passed away early in the morning of January 27, 2016. There is a memorial service on Monday, January 30th.

Daniel Shawn Haimovich, nephew of Gali Beh, passed away early Monday morning in Tuscon, Arizona.

Valerie Lebovitz (Feige bat Yisrael v’Bluma Hendel), Irene Rosenschein’s sister, left the world peacefully on Shabbat Hanukkah in her home in Borough Park, Brooklyn.

Sheila Bugdanowitz, CEO of Rose Community Foundation, passed away over the weekend. The memorial service will be Tuesday, December 6th.

Gilbert Hersh, father of Jessica, passed away on December 3rd, 2016 while visiting family in California.
