Shabbat shalom. There is certainly something to be thankful for in the hostage release and temporary ceasefire of the last few days. This next week sees both Colorado Gives Day event (December 5th) and the beginning of the Chanukah holiday of light, which the world sorely needs. (First night is Thursday, December 7.)
Boulder County Center for Judaism again will be leading two public menorah lightings: Lafayette on Night 1, and in front of the Courthouse Lawn on the Pearl St. Mall on Night 5 (Monday, December 11).
And Congregation Har HaShem’s Chanukah Bazaar is open for the season!
Our thoughts and prayers are once again with our brothers and sisters under attack in Israel, Ukraine, and the women of this country.
Stay warm, stay safe and stay healthy. Am Yisrael Chai!
