The Boulder Rabbinical Council, Haver, presents Erev Shavuot at Nevei Kodesh

On June 8, from 7:00 pm to 4:15 am, The Boulder Rabbinical Council, Haver, invites you to a Shavuot overnight learning opportunity. This year’s theme is “Jewish By Choice”. It has been said that in the modern age, all Jews are Jews by choice. This Shavuot, we will hear from those who have been through a formal process of conversion, as well as rabbis reflecting on the nature of the covenant, and explore what it means both to choose and to be “chosen.” RSVP to info@neveikodesh.org or (303) 443-4567.

7:00 pm – Seudah Shlishit (third meal of Shabbat)

7:30 pm – “Why I Choose Judaism:” A Panel of Individuals Speak About Their Conversion Journey

8:45 pm – Personal and Group Spiritual Practice

9:18 pm- Candle Lighting

9:30 pm- A Panel of Boulder Rabbis Discuss “Jewish By Choice”

10:30 pm – Kiddush and Cheesecake Oneg

11:00 pm – 11:50 pm – Learning Session 1

12:00 am – 12:30 am-Midnight Meditation

12:45 am – 2:40 am – Learning Sessions

2:45 am- 4:15 am – Sacred Study and Discussion
