Jewish And. . . Photos

Thursday evening the Boulder community had a rare opportunity to hear a genuine impromptu dialogue among many local rabbis.  The event was sponsored by SoulFood and by Haver, Boulder’s Rabbinic Fellowship.

The panel addressed these questions: “Did you always get your spirituality from Judaism, and if not, from where?” and “What was the hardest encounter you have had with a Jew who was practicing another religion or faith?” The rabbis made the best of the time constraints, sharing their personal stories yet leaving the audience wanting more.

Participants included Morah Yehudis Fishman, Rabbi Josh Rose, Rabbi Jamie Korngold, Rabbi Jamie Arnold, Rabbi Gavriel Goldfeder, Rabbi Tirzah Firestone, Rabbi Ori Har DiGennaro, and Rabbi Marc Soloway, with Kara Mertz moderating.  The program was videotaped and we’ll let you know when the videos are available. In the meantime, enjoy the photos!

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
