Live Tonight: Cook Along with Chef Einat Admony

The JCC Mizel Arts and Culture Center is hosting its last featured event through it’s Neustadt JAAMM Festival for the season with Israeli chef, cookbook author, and restaurateur of NYC’s Balaboosta and NYC/Washington D.C.’s Taim, Chef Einat Admony, who will be joining the community virtually for a cook-along. Viewers will prepare a springtime three-course meal with her on April 7, 2021 at 7 pm MST.

Chef Einat Admony

Chef Einat will lead us in three easy courses (chopped avocado and kohlrabi salad, chicken tagine and vegan malabi) for a light, fresh take on Israeli home cooking, using recipes featured in her recently-published cookbook, “Shuk: From Market to Table, the Heart of Israeli Home Cooking.” Tickets to this event cost $12 per household, and the livestream will be available for re-play any time after the event until April 21st at 8:45 pm.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
