Boulder & Denver, CO — Bartali – Youth in Movement, an Israeli nonprofit that uses long-distance cycling to support youth experiencing trauma, will host a series of community events this summer across Colorado, including Boulder, Denver, and Steamboat Springs.
Founded by former professional cyclist Ran Margaliot—who established Israel’s first professional cycling team, the Israel Cycling Academy—Bartali works with youth facing ongoing trauma following years of conflict. Through structured cycling programs, the organization helps young people build resilience, a sense of belonging, and long-term personal growth.
As part of its U.S. road tour, the Bartali team will host small gatherings in Boulder and Denver, offering an opportunity to learn more about their work and meet the team.
Bartali will also take part in SBT GRVL in Steamboat Springs. While the event is officially sold out, a limited number of spots are available through Bartali for those interested in joining as part of the team.
Event Dates:
Steamboat Springs – June 26–28
Boulder & Denver – June 29–July 1
