Letter: Upcoming Speaker is Islamic Jihad Member

Letter: Upcoming Speaker is Islamic Jihad Member

Editor:

I noticed the announcement for the JStreet event at Temple Emanuel on November 14th 2024 in The Boulder Jewish News (“Colorado J Street Annual Breakfast Event Nov 14 at Temple Emanuel” 10/23/24) and feel obligated to inform you in the interests of security, safety and integrity of the Denver Jewish community of the fact that one of the listed speakers is Khalil Shikaki, a Palestinian Islamic Jihad operative.

Shikaki aka Shiqaqi is the director of the Palestinian Center For Survey And Policy Research (PCSPR) aka (PSR) which is based in Ramallah and operates under the auspices of ‘Palestinian Ministry Of Justice’ and the Palestinian Authority which partners with Fatah, Hamas and Palestinian Islamic Jihad.

Khalil Shikaki is a documented terrorist operative. He does not belong anywhere near a Jewish Institution let alone be hosted as a featured speaker at a synagogue which claims to promote Jewish values and supports Israel.

I thought that your paper would be the ideal platform to inform the Denver Jewish Community about these disturbing facts so they can make an informed decision about hosting and/or attending this event.

More information is also available on the Web and my website militantislammonitor.org.

Sincerely,
Beila (Barbara) Rabinowitz
