“You won’t succeed on Broadway if you don’t have any Jews!” – Spamalot

The Jewish legacy of musical theater – including such luminaries as Irving Berlin, the Gershwin brothers, Jerome Robbins, Leonard Bernstein, Stephen Sondheim, Rogers and Hart, Stephen Schwartz and many more – lives on today as a uniquely American arts form…AND at Congregation Nevei Kodesh!

All are invited to a special program (and fundraiser) on Sunday, May 17, 6-9:30 pm, at Nevei Kodesh, celebrating the Jewish legacy of musical theater.  Live talent will include: singers Faye Nepon, Michelle Wolf, Rav Bracha, Jan Kirschner,  Jim Davis Rosenthal, Rachel Shannon, and others TBA, pianist Sheldon Sands, a narrative history by David Spiro and more. The evening will also include food, silent and live auction, and end with Broadway Karaoke. Dressing up for a Broadway Premiere encouraged (but not required) as guests get to walk the red carpet!     Tickets: $36 Broadway Maven/General Admission; $72 Broadway Star/Orchestra seats (first couple rows) and listed in our playbill.

Nevei Kodesh is also accepting advertising in their Playbill for the evening.  For more information on this or to get your tickets now, go to NeveiKodesh.org or call (303) 443-4567.
