Help your child get a sweet start to the new year. The Boulder JCC and Stepping Stones in conjunction with Growing Gardens in Boulder are adding the “sweet” to your High Holiday season.
In this special Rosh Hashanah program, children ages 5-10 have the opportunity to take a closer look into the world of honey bees. Children will observe the garden’s beehives and learn how the bees make their honey. Honey and its connections to Rosh Hashanah will be discussed as well as a yummy tasting of apples and honey.
This program will be held on Wednesday, September 21 from 4:15-5:45 pm at the Children’s Peace Garden, North Boulder. Cost is $15 Boulder JCC Members, $18 Guests. Please register at www.boulderjcc.org.
