Passover Seder: Recovery Edition at Har HaShem

BOULDER, Colorado — Leah Miller, a resident of Boulder who is passionate about recovery in
Jewish communities, is hosting her second annual Recovery Seder in Boulder, Colorado on April
8, 2023 at 6 p.m. This event will tell the story of Passover through the lens of sobriety at
Congregation Har Hashem.

“I care deeply about my community here in Boulder and I want to share Jewish culture with the
recovery community, but everyone is welcome at our table,” said Miller. “My goal is to have 100
people attend and if just one person is inspired or impacted by this event, that’s a win.”

You do not have to be Jewish or in recovery, but Miller asks that all attendees are substance-free
for the 48 hours leading up to the event. If anyone needs help achieving this ask, support is
available. Tickets are $18, but assistance is available if needed.

Register for the event here.
Contact Leah Miller at recoveryseder@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
