Shabbat shalom! The week began with perfect weather for the 21st Boulder Jewish Festival. Then the clouds and rain moved back in. Who swapped Boulder for Portland? Let’s hope for good weather again this Sunday as the community celebrates with Chabad Jewish Center of Longmont the arrival of their new Torah, starting at 11:00 am.
Also, be sure to check out Connecting to Jewish Boulder, the BJN’s new business directory. Find all kinds of businesses and service providers in the Boulder area who are supporters of the Jewish community. If you have a business or service you’d like to offer to the community, submit your business here, or check to see if it’s already listed — and then claim your listing by clicking the “Claim This Listing” link.
Have a great weekend, and enjoy this week’s stories in the BJN.
