The Colorado Hebrew Chorale and its women’s choir, Kol Nashim, will be hosting a free Choral Workshop entitled The Art of Choral Singing with Dr. Coreen Duffy, head of Choral Music at CU in Boulder. Dr. Duffy is an active clinician and composer. She specializes in Jewish choral music—studying repertoire, performance practice and composition—and engages in diversity, equity and inclusion work combating antisemitism in choral programming including tokenism, caricature, erasure and boycotting.
