March Activities for Colorado Hebrew Chorale and Kol Nashim

Kol Nashim presents its Jewish Leading Men of Broadway series on Sunday, Mar. 10 at 7 pm on Zoom.  Mimi Raizen will discuss longtime star of stage, and screens big and small, Mandy Patinkin. He originated many roles on Broadway such as Che in “Evita,” and Georges Seurat in “Sunday in the Park with George.” Other notable roles include Avigdor in “Yentl,” Inigo Montoya in “The Princess Bride,” and Jason Gideon in “Criminal Minds.”  Most recently he can be found in a new mystery series “Death and Other Details,” or his TikTok where he frequently shares many behind the scenes stories.

The program is free, but  registration for the series required at www.coloradohebrewchorale.org.

Colorado Hebrew Chorale will be participating in a musical memorial program for our dear soloist, Estelle Nadel z”l who passed away in November. Estelle was a childhood survivor of the Holocaust and the author of “The Girl Who Sang,” a graphic autobiography.  Estelle sang with the Temple Sinai Adult Choir as well as with the Colorado Hebrew Chorale.  The event will take place on Sunday, March 17, 2:30 at Temple Sinai Zwerin Chapel, 3509 S Glencoe St, Denver, CO 80237.  Copies of her book will be available for purchase.

The Colorado Hebrew Chorale and Kol Nashim wish you a HAPPY PURIM.
