Zoom into Shabbat with Beth Ami Friday

Celebrate a Humanistic Shabbat with Beth Ami Congregation
Friday, August 13, 6:00 pm – 7:30 pm

Beth Ami – Colorado Congregation for Humanistic Judaism celebrates Shabbat this Friday and offers a taste of what’s coming in the New Year.

After the service, we’ll brainstorm a list of meaningful topics, activities and discussions for the upcoming New Year. “It is early and about to grow.” And you can help! Your suggestions will be heard and valued. What are you seeking in our Jewish and Humanistic community? What can you share?

It is not too late.
It is early and about to grow. Now
is the time to do what you
know you must and have feared
to begin.

~Marge Piercy, “Head of the Year

Zoom into Shabbat with your own candles, wine/juice and challah (or carb substitute!). We are continuing our monthly virtual Humanistic Shabbat tradition to be more inclusive to those far and near who have found a Humanistic Jewish home with Beth Ami – everyone is welcome!

The Zoom link will be sent when you click the “Attend” button on our Meetup page.  And if you’d like to have a copy of the service to print in advance, please email BethAmiRSVP@gmail.com.

Beth Ami is a welcoming community where we connect to Jewish past, celebrate Jewish present and link to Jewish future through a humanistic philosophy. Let’s do Jewish together – Humanistically!
