How Should Jews Vote? – A Conversation

How Should Jews Vote? – A Conversation

How Should Jews Vote? – A ConversationMany American Jews feel conflicted about how to vote this year. And we should. The issues are complicated, and the implications are deadly serious. What if we find ourselves resonating with one candidate’s personality but identify with the other’s platform? What if we are split on issues of platform, identifying with one candidate some issues and the other on others? And does our role as Jewish Americans (or American Jews) play into how we vote? How much should Israel issues play a role, anyway?

Soulfood – Rabbi Rose from Har Hashem and Rabbi Goldfeder from Aish Kodesh – will be hosting a conversation at Backcountry Brewhouse Thursday at 9:00 pm for people who want to come and talk it out. No charge for the event – we’ll even buy you a beer! Please do RSVP, though, to rabbigaga@gmail.com if you think you might come.
