Passover Deconstructed: Ideas for Your Seder

Looking for a way to spice up your seder? Passover Deconstructed: Ideas for Your Seder, a brand new event in Boulder, will give you simple solutions to liven up any Passover seder.

If you want to give more meaning to your matzah or infuse the ten plagues with passion, then this is an event that shouldn’t be missed.

The event will offer something for everyone including children and is being organized by Jewish Together – Boulder, a collaborative effort of the Boulder synagogues and the Boulder JCC. The event will feature workshops by Boulder’s Rabbis and Noam Zion, a dynamic educator from Israel who authored “A Different Night: The Family Participation Haggadah”.

Passover Deconstructed: Ideas for Your Seder happens on Sunday, March 25, 2012, from 3:00 – 6:00 pm at the Boulder JCC – 3800 Kalmia Avenue, Boulder.

You’ll be treated to a charoset tasting of charoset recipes from around the world plus recipes so you can recreate your favorite at home. We will also have a “blindfold taste test” to determine once and for all the best matzah in the matzah aisle.

The afternoon will begin with five minute features on variations on your favorite parts of the seder and will move into deeper exploration with workshops on everything from designing a haggadah to learning about art, politics and psychology through an examination of the four sons, a traditional element of the seder.
