Take Control of Your Moods and Live Joyously

For many people, life is like a rollercoaster where we are continuously fluctuating with ups and downs.

When things are good we feel that life is excellent and when things are hard, we feel like we can’t go on any longer.  While ups and downs are a reality of life, there are things we can do that will lessen the number of downs that we have and even when we have a down, to be able to remain positive.

Rabbi Scheiner of Boulder Center for Judaism and author of “Finding the Joy in Everyday Living,” is conducting a one day seminar on this topic.

This seminar will examine the type of lifestyle that will help us take control of our moods and how to effectively deal with the many challenges we have in life. The seminar is built on the belief that while we might not have control of how hard our life could be, we can largely control how happy our life will be.

Join us for this seminar where you will learn a fresh and original perspective on bringing true joy to your life.

The seminar is on Sunday, March 18, 12-4 and includes lunch and a copy of his book. For more information click here or call (303) 494-1638 / boulderjudaism@gmail.com.
