University of Colorado Boulder Program in Jewish Studies

Shabbat shalom!  We’ve certainly come to that part of the summer where there isn’t that much programming happening, unless you happen to be a young adult.  Flatiron Tribe is having a Shabbat in the Park (more information: Register HereFacebook Event) and the Adventure Rabbi 20’s and 30’s group is having a pool party on Saturday. So have a great time!

Also, be sure to check out Connecting to Jewish Boulder, the BJN’s new business directory.  Find all kinds of businesses and service providers in the Boulder area who are supporters of the Jewish community.  If you have a business or service you’d like to offer to the community, submit your business here, or check to see if it’s already listed — and then claim your listing by clicking the “Claim This Listing” link.

Have a great weekend, and enjoy this week’s stories in the BJN.

About Editor

I'm David Fellows, and I've served as a writer, photographer and/or an editor on my junior high and high school newspapers; the Daily Trojan at USC (where I earned my journalism degree); the student newspaper at the Anderson School at UCLA (where I earned my MBA); and I've written and edited countless business documents and presentations in the ensuing twenty years. I was also a professional photographer from 1978 to 1988 (although you never really stop...). I've been involved Jewishly since my bris and in Boulder since 1995. I'm married to my Executive Director Cheryl, and we have two children, Lauren and Ethan.
