Boulder Jewish Festival 2010

Planning Gets Rolling – Volunteers Needed

The Boulder Jewish Festival is planned entirely by a dedicated group of volunteers. This band of do-gooders meets once a month, from December through June, to plan every detail of the event: develop the phenomenal music line up, recruit a diverse group of fine artists, enlist food vendors and work with them on their menu offerings and zero waste efforts, engage the community organizations, publicize, fundraise, and enlist even more day-of-event volunteers.  This effort pays off every year with a fabulous event which draws attendance from not only the Boulder-area, but from throughout Colorado and surrounding states.

If you “wear a community hat” and would like to be part of the best volunteer committee in the area, please contact us. The first meeting is in early December, before Chanukah. If you are a high-school student or scout looking for community service hours, participating on this committee can help you earn up to 30 hours of service credits. We welcome volunteers of any age and look forward to meeting you.
