Join us for a transformative seven-week journey through the wisdom of Hebrew tradition! Dive deep into the exploration of mindfulness, self-awareness, and spiritual integration. Each week, we will focus on a unique aspect of personal and spiritual growth through guided meditations, reflective discussions, and powerful teachings. We will also work with Whole Brain Living as taught by Dr. Jill Bolte Taylor Whether you are looking to enhance your awareness, strengthen your identity, or connect with a deeper sense of purpose, this program will offer the tools and guidance you need.

Rabbi Charna Rosenholtz is a respected teacher, founder of Shulchan, who teaches weekly Torah classes, leads workshops on ethics and leadership, and has guided hundreds of students in exploring the Hebrew Bible, Jewish mysticism, and spiritual growth. She is currently the President of Haver, Boulder Rabbi and Cantor Council.
