Sold Out? We’ve Added More Screenings!

While several screenings are sold out, tickets are still available for some of our most popular films.

The newly formed Boulder Jewish Film Festival’s Advisory Committee selected three audience pleasing films for inclusion in this year’s festival. All three are highly enjoyable, sure to make you smile.

The Ring,” showing at noon on Wednesday, October 29 at noon, is our Community Centerpiece. A father and daughter take a sentimental journey into their mother’s past in this award-winning Israeli film. Warm and winning.

Swedishkayt,” our closing night film, screens Tuesday, October 28 at noon. This comic documentary takes viewers on an eye-opening Jewish tour of Sweden.  Who knew?

Yaniv,” our opening day film, screens Monday, October 27 at noon. A huge hit at more than 60 festivals, this lively comedy follows a high school teacher’s misadventures infiltrating an underground Hasidic card game. A hoot!

In addition to these entertaining titles chosen by our committee, I highly recommend the touching Israeli romantic drama “Bliss,” screening Thursday, October 30 at noon. An acting tour de force.

Midas Man,” our opening night British biodrama about the firth Beatle Brian Epstein, screens at 12:30 pm on Saturday, November 1. The Swinging Sixties.

A few seats remain for another of our humorous and heartwarming films, “Charles Grodin: Rebel with a Cause,” screening on Monday, October 27 at 6:30 pm. What a Mensch.
