Temple Emanuel Denver to Host Community Queer Seder

Temple Emanuel Denver to Host Community Queer Seder

The Jewish community is hosting its annual Queer Seder during Passover on Tuesday, April 3 from 5:30-8:30 pm at Temple Emanuel in Denver. The event brings together lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, and allied Jews, along with their families and friends for a Seder to remember.

“Although I was never a big fan of Passover itself, I always look forward to leading the Queer Seder. It’s so meaningful to create an inclusive community space where people are welcome to be exactly who they are. Bringing my Jewishness and my queerness together, and sharing this with others, is the highlight of my year.” -Rafi Daugherty

Presenters include the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center, Rose Community Foundation and Integrity Point Group.
