Please join us for a workshop with Maggid Charna at Congregation Bonai Shalom

The Ethics of Speech: What is the power of the word?

According to the Baal Shem Tov, the quality of our speech is at the core of living a righteous life.  What is ethical speech and how do we give feedback that builds instead of tears down?

In this workshop we will explore what Jewish tradition says about ethical speech, lashon hara (evil tongue), and tochecha (rebuke), as we apply it to our lives.
