Noa Pollachek is a B’nai Mitzvah student at Congregation Bonai Shalom, and recently completed her Mitzvah Project.

Noa raised over $2,000 to donate to the Louisville Fire Protection District to support our local firefighters in the wake of the Marshall Fire by making and selling bracelets (in both adult and child sizes) with a fire engine charm (see picture).
Noa sold the bracelets for $10 each, and is donating 100% of the proceeds to the Louisville Fire Protection District, who, in turn, have decided to donate the money to a local charity in Noa’s name that is collecting money for the individuals and families who lost their homes and possessions in the fire.
People all over Boulder County bought the bracelets and Noa’s mom drove her around on the weekends delivering them to their homes.
On Thursday, April 7th, Noa is presenting the check to the Louisville Fire Station 2, and she will also present the bracelets to the firefighters to keep and to give to their own families.
Noa’s b’nai mitzvah will take place in September. Congratulations, Noa!
