On Saturday, August 21st, 2021 (13 Elul 5781), Toby Schoenfeld will be called to the Torah as a Bat Mitzvah at Congregation Nevei Kodesh. Toby will be reading from Parashat Ki Teitzei.

Services start at 10:00 am; for livestream link, click here.   From Toby: “My Mitzvah project consists of combating racism in America in a variety of ways. On my website, I’ve included a link to donate to the Community Justice Action Fund, an organization dedicated to ending police violence against people of color. You can donate through my website tobyschoenfeld.wixsite.com/combatracism, or directly at secure.actblue.com/donate/tobysmitzvahwish.”

Any donations would be greatly appreciated. You can learn more about the CJAF at www.cjactionfund.org

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
