Joyce Zeff passed away Thursday, August 6th in Denver.  Beloved wife of the late Kal Zeff, mother of Diana Anderson, Ron Zeff, Michael Zeff, and Dana (Julie) Zeff. Also beloved grandmother of thirteen and great grandmother of one.

Joyce ZeffZeff has been a long-time leader in the Denver Jewish community. She was a former Board Chair of Jewish Family Service and served on the Board of Directors for JEWISHcolorado, American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee and the Taub Center in Jerusalem. She was a valued supporter of AIPAC, Hadassah and the Denver Art Museum. Most recently, Joyce made an unprecedented gift of $5 million to ensure that the Jewish organizations near and dear to her heart will continue to thrive well into the future. Her generosity, graciousness, and compassion will forever be remembered. She was truly an Eshet Chayil, a Woman of Valor.

on Friday, August 7th at 12:00pm.
Interment to follow at Mount Nebo Memorial Park.

The family will be sitting Shiva at Joyce’s home after services

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Jewish Family Services or JEWISHcolorado.

May her memory be for a blessing.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
