Kosher Wine Making at the Festival

Did you think that the Boulder Jewish Festival was just about great entertainment, amazing food and more?  While the Festival is the best place to meet all of Jewish Boulder and more, now is a great time to check your Mezuzos or buy some new Mezuzot and Tefillin. Rabbi Liberov, a scribe from Colorado Springs will be checking Mezuzos and Tefillin at the event or after or you can purchase new scrolls.  Come visit the Lubavitch of Boulder tent on the Courthouse Lawn and drop off your Mezuzot there.  For more information contact Rabbi Liberow 719-634-2345.

Kosher Wine Making at the Festival!

Learning how to make the real Kosher wine, while discovering the mystery of the Kosher wine experience is sure to excite the taste buds of any wine lover. But, what makes wine kosher? This and many other questions will be answered on Sunday, June 12 at the Boulder Jewish Festival when Simcha Adelstien, a wine maker flown in straight from Brooklyn, demonstrates the Art of Making “Kosher Wine”.

The event is open to the public and professional wine enthusiasts as well as anyone who drinks wine. Simcha Adelstien’s appearance at the Festival is sponsored by Lubavitch of Boulder County and he will be at their booth on the Boulder Courthouse Lawn/Pearl Street Mall.  Show times are 12:30, 1:30 and 3:00.
