Dena Hauser z”l, Carol Chazdon’s mother, passed away last night in Boulder.

There will be a graveside funeral tomorrow morning, Wednesday, May 18th, 10:00 am at Mountainview Cemetary (3016 Kalmia Ave, Boulder CO 80301).

The family will be sitting shiva after the funeral at Carol & Robert’s home.  There will also be shiva miyanim on Wednesday and Thursday evening, May 18th & 19th at 7:00 pm.

The family has requested that donations in Dena’s memory be directed towards Boulder Shelter for the Homeless and EFAA, two organizations that Dena cared about very deeply.

Alehah Hashalom – Peace on Dena’s soul.  Hamakom y’nachem – strength and comfort to Chaz and all the family in their mourning.  May Dena’s memory be for a blessing.
