BOULDER, CO — The board of the Boulder Jewish Community Center (JCC) has retained Capstone, a project and construction management consulting firm, to serve as its Owner’s Representative for the new JCC building project.
Capstone will oversee the planning, bidding and building processes for the duration of the project. Capstone has extensive experience in scheduling, cost estimating and project controls,” said Scott Peppet, Logistics Coordinator for the Boulder JCC Building Committee. “As a partner in oversight of the project, Capstone will assist us with controlling costs, overseeing contracting, and completing the permitting, planning and building processes for the new JCC building, on time and at or under budget.”
The next step in the process is selecting an architect. RFPs have been submitted to six architectural firms. Capstone has had extensive experience with these firms and will be assisting with the selection process.
As a locally-based project management company, we’re pleased at the opportunity to be working with the Boulder JCC on this exciting project,” said Helen Roe, President of Capstone.
