The Center for Community on the CU campus offers the only Kosher for Passover eatery in the state of Colorado. And, little-known fact, it’s open to the public!

The end is finally here! Don’t miss out on Jewish life on campus during the last week of the school year, as well as the last few days of Passover.

CU’s Jewish Buffs are mourning the end of spring break but are also gearing up for the rest of the semester.

This school year, the Center for Community (C4C) on CU’s campus opened a new Kosher dining section. Perhaps no one is more passionate about the dining option than Irene Skupsky, a dining hall worker and observant Jew.

With the kosher station in CU's new food court, Boulder finally has a kosher restaurant.
