B’nai Butte Brings Acclaimed Actress Tovah Feldshuh to Crested Butte for Colorado Premiere of TOVAH

CRESTED BUTTE, CO – B’nai Butte, the Gunnison Valley’s Jewish Congregation will welcome celebrated stage and screen actress Tovah Feldshuh to Crested Butte for the Colorado premiere of TOVAH, a new documentary celebrating her remarkable five-decade career in theatre, film, television, and the arts.

The event will take place Thursday, July 30, 2026 at the Sweet Reunion Performance Venue in Trapper’s Crossing at Wildcat.

A six-time Emmy and Tony Award nominee, Feldshuh has built an internationally recognized career across Broadway, television, film, concerts, and writing. She is known for acclaimed theatrical work, memorable roles in series including Law & Order and The Walking Dead, and her current work as Bina on the hit Netflix romantic comedy Nobody Wants This. Feldshuh also appears in Peacock’s new crime drama M.I.A., and can be found starring opposite Dustin Hoffman in the new crime thriller, Tuner, currently showing in major theaters.

Directed by David Serero, TOVAH offers an intimate look at Feldshuh’s life and career, capturing the talent, humor, discipline, and range that have made her one of the most enduring performers of her generation.

Feldshuh and Serero will both attend the July 30 event in person. Guests will enjoy cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, a seated dinner, a full screening of the documentary, and an intimate Q&A with Feldshuh and Serero following the film. Festivities begin at 5:30 p.m.

This Colorado film premiere is a benefit event for B’nai Butte, the Jewish congregation serving the entire Gunnison Valley. Proceeds will support B’nai Butte’s community gatherings, interfaith collaborations, and education and cultural programming in the region.

About Staff

They call me "NewsHound IV," because I'm a clever Finnegan, sniffing out stories all over the Boulder area. I love Jewish holidays because the food is GREAT, especially the brisket. Well all the food. I was a rescue pup and glad to be on the scent!
