A program of Jewish Family Service, Hadassah and the Boulder JCC, this thought-provoking and highly interactive workshop is appropriate for adults of all ages, and includes a starter kit for the conversation. Talking about our wishes for end-of-life care is not an easy discussion, but the Conversation Project is there to help. The Boulder County organization fosters meaningful and effective conversations that (1) improve our chances of receiving the type of care that we prefer and (2) help decrease family discord should our families be called upon to make these difficult decisions for us.
