Israel is many things to many people. In this series of learning and discussions sessions, we will examine the vision versus the reality of these pressing subjects. Opinions and questions are welcome. Join us for one of these free facilitated discussion groups.

April 10th: Jewish Pluralism in Israel
Conversation lead by Rabbi Marc Soloway and Osnat Fox, JEWISHcolorado’s Israel Emissary (Shlichah)

Israel is the home of all Jewish people. What does it mean to be a Jewish state?  In this session we will talk about some of the challenges to Jewish religious pluralism in Israel, specifically as it relates to conversion, marriage laws, and the Western Wall controversy.  We will also discuss the potential impacts on these issues from the Israeli election results.
