The Boulder JCC Women of the J is proud to host their Annual Mitzvah Night on Tuesday, June 15. Come together to do a Mitzvah by making personal care bags for clients of Safehouse Progressive Alliance for Nonviolence Inc – Boulder (SPAN). 

We are now thrilled to share that throughout this month and into the summer, we will be entering and rolling out our Phase 3 reopening. Our ECC camp and Cherryvale Day Camp began this week and we are looking forward to welcoming back more community members to the JCC at our in-person programs and rentals.

The Boulder JCC is excited to announce Summer Under the Stars Outdoor Movie Nights! Films will be shown outside and in-person! Bring your blankets, camping chairs, food, and drink (please no alcohol or glass containers), and enjoy a relaxing evening of cinema entertainment.

Join ceramic artist and instructor Rita Vali for a hands-on workshop, as we form, decorate, and glaze “Hopeful Birds”.

Donate at the Boulder JCC/Vitalant blood drive on Wednesday, June 2. Blood donation is an essential health care activity and we need your help to make sure patients in our community have the blood they need!

The holiday of Shavuot begins the evening of May 16 and ends on the evening of May 18. Shavuot is the Hebrew word for “weeks” because the holiday occurs seven weeks after Passover.

The Boulder JCC is proud to partner with local community organizations in hosting community service events. All events will be held at the Boulder JCC. 

Women of the J welcomes Abby Stein virtually as part of their Exceptional Women Speaker Series on May 4. Abby Stein is the author of "Becoming Eve: My Journey from Ultra-Orthodox Rabbi to Transgender Woman."

On May 13, join Morah (teacher) Yehudis Fishman, Rabbi Marc Soloway, and Daphne Lazar Price, the Executive Director of JOFA (Jewish Orthodox Feminist Alliance), for a lively discussion on this global Israeli hit drama.

Join the Boulder JCC’s Women of the J (WOTJ) on Monday evening, April 19 for a virtual evening of cooking, chatting, and fun! 

The program will begin with a 22-minute viewing of the film followed by a moderated panel discussion and Q&A.
