Chanukah on Ice attracts a crowd of families for outdoor ice skating to Chanukah music, with stops for hot chocolate, soufganiot (traditional jelly doughnuts), and the lighting of the largest menorah in Boulder County.

In a tradition that gains traction and attendees each year, the Boulder County Center for Judaism is bringing the largest menorah in Boulder County to Lafayette again this year.

An important part of every year’s Chanukah celebration is the honor of lighting the menorah. This year’s Lamplighters are Rhonda and Bruce Wildman, long-time residents who have worked tirelessly on behalf of the Boulder Jewish community.
