Community as Family, a supportive group at Har HaShem committed to creating and strengthening meaningful connections for any senior (age 55+) aging alone, will be hosting Dr. Jed Shapiro on Monday, October 23 at 11:00am in the South Building.

The Boulder JCC will offer a Wise Aging discussion group based on the book, "Wise Aging: Living with Joy, Resilience and Spirit” by Rabbi Rachel Cowan and Dr. Linda Thal.
