We're a locally owned bookkeeping company and are looking to expand our team with someone who can perform administrative duties on a part-time basis (approximately 15-20 hours per week).
The ideal candidate will be a great communicator (written and verbal), loves to learn new things, and has a history of meeting deadlines while managing multiple tasks.
This is a remote position (must be located in/around Boulder) with the work being performed during normal business hours.
The majority of the work takes place in QuickBooks Online and Google's G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Drive, etc.). Training will be provided but a general understanding of Google Sheets or Excel is required. No prior knowledge of QuickBooks Online needed.
