Some 3000 years ago, we were an enslaved people yearning for liberation from a tyrant. With the Haggadah, every year we gather to start our calendar anew by retelling the saga of the birth of the unbreakable soul of our nation.

Passover is coming up and Chabad at CU is celebrating by hosting Seder at 909 14th St, “in a huge tent.”

From a Friday afternoon to mid-day Sunday in April, Jews from around the country descend on Moab, Utah to experience Passover with the Adventure Rabbi.

We welcome you to celebrate Passover/Pesach with the old and new themes of liberation and welcoming the stranger. We will provide a Seder plate of ritual foods, a Humanistic Haggadah, songs, and the opportunity to "do Jewish" in a meaningful way.

(New York) – OneTable and Haggadot.com are partnering for Passover this year to enable Jewish young adults to create, host, and participate in meaningful in-person Seders, the ritual Passover meal, with peers. This major national initiative comes at a time when young people are eager to engage in in-person experiences that are rich with connection and meaning.

The 14th of Adar, Purim, is one of my favorite holidays. I love dressing in costumes, getting together with my community and partying with friends. Hopefully, we do this more than once a year!

The day will be observed with an afternoon program featuring Peter and Beth Ornstein. Their presentation will look at traditional Jewish, Native American, and other texts to learn what they have to say about appreciating the environment.
