Soup in the Sukkah on Monday

Soup in the Sukkah on Monday

Join Boulder Center for Judaism for our annual Women’s program, “Soup in the Sukkah.”  It’s the Holiday of Sukkot, where we build an outdoor hut to commemorate the protection the clouds of glory afforded the Jewish people as they journeyed from Cairo to Jerusalem.  Sukkahs are ubiquitous in Brooklyn but not as common in Boulder.
Join us for an array of delicious soups and a night of song and spirit.
This is a place to connect, share, learn and grow while tapping into the power of Jewish femininity. Delicious Food. Camaraderie. Friendship. Infusion of energy. Treat yourself.
Monday, Oct. 9, 5:30 – 7:00 pm at 4900 Sioux Drive, Boulder, CO.
There is no fee to attend.

About Chany Scheiner

Co - Director of Boulder Center for Judaism. Any successful organization needs a heart and that is what Chany provides, along with organization, marketing, innovative programming, and countless Shabbat dinners. Some of her accomplishments are large and public like the annual menorah lighting on Pearl Street and the matzo and shofar factories, while others are quiet and private like the time she spends counseling individuals and sharing the wisdom that comes from study.
