Svasana on Shabbat is Back at Bonai Shalom

Svasana on Shabbat is Back at Bonai Shalom

A Restorative Yoga practice to help our Bodies, Minds, and Spirits rest.

Drop your kids at school and come spend an hour for yourself on Shabbat.  Enjoy slow movements and supported yoga postures that allow us to bring focus to our breath and minds, which in turn allows our nervous systems and spirits a chance to come home to Shalom.  If you feel comfortable doing so, please bring a yoga mat and any yoga blankets or props you may have. Guided by Marni Siegel.
