Always rushing? Task list running your life? Too tired? Irritable? Overwhelmed by home and work responsibilities?

Join Boulder Hadassah and Women of the J for an evening program dedicated to women’s health. Helen L. Coons, Ph.D., will provide an interactive workshop on strategies to move towards a less stressful and emotionally healthier life for Jewish women of all ages.

Please consider bringing a donation of canned or dried food. All donations will support EFFA,  Emergency Family Assistance Association in Boulder.
