Embody the Alef-Bet In Meditative Movement Workshop

Yehudit Goldfarb, Ph.D., a co-founder of the Aquarian Minyan, will be in town February 12, from noon-3, to share her work: Otiyot Hayyot, a form of body prayer and moving meditation that integrates body, heart, mind, and soul.

We will learn the movements for the nikudot (vowel points) which correspond to the Tree of Life, as well as how to combine the Hebrew letter movements, for words related to the building of the Mishkan. For more information or to register, contact charnarose@aol.com.
