Seven Stones Cemetery Tour

Seven Stones Cemetery Tour

Have you ever visited a botanical garden cemetery? Join us to learn about one of Colorado’s green burial grounds, where burial practices support natural decomposition through the use of biodegradable materials and the absence of concrete burial vaults.  Let’s dream of creating a Jewish Green Cemetery like this near Boulder.

Come for a conversation with the cemetery director, along with Evie Cohen and Devora Yellin, Jewish Death Educators with JADE (the Jewish Association for Death Education). JADE is a national nonprofit organization that provides education, guidance, and support to the Jewish community by sharing Jewish wisdom and resources related to the end-of-life journey.

Whether you are curious about green burial, Jewish perspectives on death and mourning, or planning for the future, this is an opportunity to ask questions, learn, and engage in meaningful discussion.

If you want to carpool from Boulder, meet at the BJCC by 9:00am.

Bring a picnic lunch to enjoy on their grounds.
