This in person 8-week group offers a supportive environment for you to share experiences, understand your grief, and access coping tools and resources in community with others who are grieving. The group is recommended for people who are at least six months from the loss.
Facilitated by Julie Mahoney Thomas, a licensed professional counselor who has been in the field of death and dying and grief and loss for 25 years, mostly in hospice settings. If it has been less than six months since your loss, you may talk to the facilitator to determine if the timing is right.
