Event will feature Jewish Federations of North America Chair Gary Torgow
(DENVER) — JEWISHcolorado invites community members, supporters, educators, and families to join an evening celebrating Jewish Day Schools on Monday, September 8, from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Staenberg-Loup Jewish Community Center, featuring Gary Torgow, Chair of the Jewish Federations of North America and Chairman of Huntington Bank.
The event will bring together leaders and board members from Colorado’s Jewish Day Schools for an evening of learning, connection, and conversation about the essential role Jewish Day Schools play as central institutions of Jewish life, as well as to hear about how the Federal Education Tax Credit may impact Jewish Day Schools. Attendees will have the opportunity to meet local school leadership, learn more about the impact of Jewish Day School education, and hear from one of the most respected leaders in the North American Jewish community.

The evening will highlight the importance of Jewish Day Schools as centers of Jewish learning, identity, leadership development, and community connection.
