Dear Letter to the Editor:
Dear Editor:
How distressing that unceasing despicable antisemitic vitriol would now drive the Boulder ‘Run for Their Lives’ chapter into the shadows. One would have thought that a vicious arson/murder would have chastened the mob. It seems only to have further emboldened them. That one of the most prominent protestors, Aaron Stone, has had the nerve to run for a seat on the Common Council, only adds an emphatic exclamation point on this outrage. It’s Hamas, not the IDF, that’s holding “2 million Gazans hostage”. The community needs to unite in opposition to his candidacy. Instead of apologizing for faux accusations against it, the Jewish community should now go on the offensive against those who would so vocally defame it. Not time to give up in the face of relentless onslaught, but to stand up proudly, raging against it.
Sincerely yours,
Richard D. Wilkins
