In partnership with Community Foundation Boulder County and Rose Community Foundation, JFS is offering support services for those impacted by the attack in Boulder.

Boulder County Crisis Counseling

JFS is providing 10 free individual or family counseling sessions to those who are experiencing anxiety, fear, and trauma due to the attack.

Group EMDR

This 105-minute virtual group is designed to help increase your sense of balance, calm and ability to manage disturbing thoughts, feelings, and memories. You will be asked to draw and/or write phrases while practicing bi-lateral tapping techniques to support your nervous system to process your experiences. These groups are for adults, 18+ and will be led by Coco Caporal, LMFT and Claudia Johnson, LPC ADDC.
