Celebrate 30 Years of Culture, Community, and Music at the Boulder Jewish Festival
Join us for a thoughtfully reimagined version of the 30th anniversary of the Boulder Jewish Festival this coming Sunday. Our program and planned experiences will bring us together as a community at a time when nothing could be more important. Run For Their Lives will be centered on bringing increased awareness to the hostages still held in Gaza, while making space to recognize the survivors of Sunday’s attack. We recognize that each one of us holds a range of emotions — from fear to pride, from anger to the joy of being part of the Boulder Jewish community. With this festival, we hope to provide the space and opportunity for all to show up authentically.
As always, your safety and security remain our highest priority. At this event and around our shared spaces, enhanced security protocols will be implemented. These are precautionary measures and not based on any known threat. We continue to work closely with the Boulder Police Department and JEWISHcolorado’s Secure Community Network to ensure the safety of our community.
Get ready for a day of vibrant music, diverse artistry, and rich cultural celebration at the Boulder Jewish Festival, returning to the Pearl Street Mall on Sunday, June 8 from 11 am to 3 pm. As the longest-running cultural festival in Downtown Boulder, this year marks a special milestone, 30 years of showcasing Jewish arts, culture, and community. Come out and support our community.
With free admission and no registration required, the festival welcomes everyone to enjoy a dynamic day filled with live performances, delicious kosher-style cuisine, local artists, and family-friendly activities. Attracting over 10,000 visitors annually, the Boulder Jewish Festival continues to serve as a joyful gathering space that fosters unity, understanding, and celebration.

Festival Food Vendors:
Big Wheel Beverages – Big Wheel Beverages is a 7-inch human hamster wheel that combines Science with Play! Kids make snow cones by running inside a hamster wheel, along with many other interactive and immersive steps.
Bohemian Wurst Co. – Bohemian Wurst specializes in Central European cuisine, including sausages, pierogies, and giant soft pretzels!
Boychik Kitchen – Boychik is a Middle Eastern-inspired restaurant that offers traditional cuisine with a modern interpretation. It is naturally healthy, driven by fresh ingredients, and customizable to dietary preferences. It is comforting and craveable!
Crunchology – Small batches of handcrafted granola made with certified gluten-free organic and kosher oats.
Dino Mama’s Kitchen – I am a Brooklyn transplant who like any good Jewish mother, loves to bake for her friends and family! I bake Babkas in traditional and creative flavors in large, small, and individual (rugelach) size. I also bake challahs in traditional and fun flavors! Often though, I just bake with whatever I have or whatever I’m in the mood of, such as muffins, cookies, cakes, etc.
Fleishman’s Bagels and Delicatessen – At Fleishman’s, we bring a taste of New York to Colorado. Our menu is all about authenticity—hand-rolled, boiled, and baked bagels like back East. Whether it’s a bagel with schmear, a Reuben, kippered salmon, or our famous Matzo Ball Soup, everything we do is about quality and passion. We’re a locally-owned food truck, and I couldn’t be prouder to serve this community. We’ve had our share of bumps in the road, but we’re delivering that authentic New York flavor to Boulderites one bagel at a time.
LB Kosher Grill – It’s no longer enough just to offer glatt kosher burgers; one needs to serve food that meets the highest secular standards, and the Boulder County Center for Judaism is making that happen. When the Boulder Jewish Festival started years ago, Rabbi Pesach and Chany Scheiner, co-directors of the Boulder County Center for Judaism (called Chabad of Boulder), desired to include more Kosher foods in the festivities. Thus, the Kosher Grill was born.
Motek Spices – Flavor!!! Motek Spices will be selling hand-crafted spice mixes and salt blends. From hand-roasted shawarma spice, freshly roasted cumin salt, to spicy and exotic jams. Transport your taste buds to the Middle East!
Mile High Tikka Express – Mile High Tikka Express = Denver’s only Indian Fusion Food Truck! Bringing elevated fine-dining food back to the streets! Must try – Chicken Na-Cos.
Pint’s Peak Ice Cream -Our mission is to delight people with small-batch, scratch-made artisan ice cream in Colorado, using local dairy and the highest-quality ingredients. We create chef-driven, innovative flavors that change your thoughts about ice cream.
