Boulder Wildfire & Leadership Forum

Join community leaders and wildfire-aware citizens for an urgent conversation on one of Boulder’s most pressing environmental and public safety challenges: wildfire-driven urban conflagration.

This focused forum will bring together community stakeholders and give candidates for Boulder City Council a platform to share their vision for wildfire resilience. Candidates will examine the complex realities of urban-adjacent wildfire remediation, outline their concrete plans for action, and address how, as newly-elected or reelected council members, they will overcome barriers to implementation.

Attendees will have the opportunity to hear diverse perspectives, engage in meaningful dialogue with each other, and explore both operational, governmental, and personal strategies to safeguard Boulder’s future in the near and long term.
