Shabbat shalom! This weekend is the 28th Boulder Jewish Festival on the Pearl St. Mall. Be sure to stop by the Boulder Jewish News booth and say “Hi” to David and Cheryl. Next week is the Jewish holiday of Shavuot, starting on Tuesday night, June 11th. Check out our Shavuot page for all the community celebrations.
Our thoughts and prayers continue to be with our brothers and sisters under attack in Israel, Ukraine, and the women of this country.
Stay safe and stay healthy. Am Yisrael Chai!

I am totally at a loss over your comment that our thoughts and prayers are with the women of this country. What are you talking about? I really have no idea, and think that this requires an explanation. Who is attacking them? Please throw me a clue. Good Shabbos
Thank you for asking, Moshe. The women in this country are under attack in many ways — from being denied access to critical healthcare in many parts of the country, to sexual harassment and assault with seeming impunity by some men in parts of the country, and subject to many forms of discrimination, in jobs and in equal pay issues. Their ability to control their own bodies — and therefore their own destinies — is under attack as well. Good Shabbos!
